1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ekamathanin (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Ekamathanin is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of vehicle spare parts, garage services, and vehicle advertisements in Sri Lanka. We provide a platform for listing and discovering products and services but are not a party to any transaction between users.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings and Content

• All listings must be accurate and not misleading.
• Users are solely responsible for the content they post.
• Listings are subject to review and approval by our team before being published.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
• Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, stolen items, and items prohibited by Sri Lankan law.

5. Free Plan Limits

Users on the free plan may list up to 3 spare parts products. Stores, garages, and vehicle ads do not count toward this limit. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with notice.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Ekamathanin, including trademarks, logos, and platform design, is owned by Ekamathanin. Users retain ownership of their listings but grant us a license to display them on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ekamathanin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to transactions between users, listing accuracy, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
